All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. Collegiate Lifestyle does not offer refunds or returns except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof of the issue.
Return Authorization
Items must be approved by our support team before being returned. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Replacement Process
Once approved, we will issue a replacement item at no additional cost. We do not issue refunds.
Non‑Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by misuse are not eligible for replacement.
