Collegiate Lifestyle – Exchange Policy (Detailed)

Eligibility for Exchanges

We offer size exchanges only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition.

Exchange Fee

All exchanges require a $25 restocking and reshipping fee which must be paid before the replacement item is shipped.

Inventory Availability

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your size is not available, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Exchange Timeframe

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days.
